There's a lot of features to this phone but the instructions are not that easy to follow. I'm still trying to find out how to make the contrast brighter. The volume of the Speakerphone isn't as loud as I'd like it to be. However the boost button really works well with the receiver. All in all I'm glad I bought this phone and with time will understand the instructions and get things running smoothly. .

For my senior mom, the memory number buttons are a bit small. Also, even I had to study machine to see how to "play" your messages. (I'm not an avid guide book reader).
Other than that, a good quality machine.

The system seems to work well. The only problem was there were no English instructions and no power cord for base unit.

Actually we needed this for a long time, thank you very much for the great phone now we can use the phone the whole conversation is heard with clarity. The people that talk to us probably would want to thank you also!!!
